Thanks to a diet based on biological food instead of traditional food, the environmental impact of our nutrition becomes considerably lower, and the devastation, the resources predation, the huge wastes that make even poorer the population of the South of the world, are definitely reduced.

So: Making a biological choice can save the environment and the poorest population, priority is given on the gastronomic and culinary excellences that have a positive impact on the health of the consumer.
